  terrible place to purchase a phone or combine plans!!! came in looking for a simple upgrade..store manager half explained the new att promotion but neglected to tell us that if we sign up for it instead of paying the discounted upgrade price we would have to pay the full price of the phone but broken down over twelve months..total and complete deception...I will be returning the phone today and have already filed a complaint with att about him blatently lying..will never purchase anything from this store again...honesty is key in sales and for being a store manager he sure was about as far from honest as possible
