  Our front loading washing machine started to fill with water when it was not in use. This had been happening on and off for a couple of weeks. I called Appliance Master, and I was able to get an appointment the same day. I Googled the problem, so I sort of knew what to expect during the repair visit. Jim thought he had the replacement part in his van, but he didn't. He got on the phone, ordered the part and said he'd be back in a couple of hours. Sure enough, Jim returned later that afternoon. No more leaks! Thanks Jim.

  My wife called Appliance Master. He charged her $50 trip fee, even though we live in the same area. His diagnosis based on the error code was the Central Controlling Unit - a $700 repair. All he did was run the machine to see the error code. Charged another $40.
  
  When I got home I Googled it. I fixed it in 5 minutes by pulling the filter out of the bottom of the machine which had all kinds of junk in it. Done. To boot, when I opened it there was a piece of paper with all the error codes and descriptions of how to fix, including the fix I just did. Don't waste your money.
